1) Warm according to manufacturer's instructions, using cartridge heater - V.A.G 1939-.

2) Observe minimum curing period ⇒ 1.1 Minimum curing periods for bonded windows.

  • 1 Bulkhead
    • Removing:
    • Components that are fastened to the bulkhead must be detached.
    • After unscrewing bolts -2-, cut through adhesive bead -3- using workshop equipment.
  • 2 Bolt
    • Qty. 10
    • Specified torque: 25 Nm
  • 3 Body flange
  • 4 PUR adhesive sealant
