Removing and installing plenum chamber bulkhead

Special tools and workshop equipment required

  • Torque wrench - V.A.G 1331-

Removing

  • Removing plenum chamber cover ⇒ 3.5 Removing and installing plenum chamber cover.
  • Components that are fastened to the plenum chamber bulkhead must be detached.
  • Remove insulation.
  • Unscrew bolts -2-.
  • Twist plenum chamber bulkhead upwards out of the plenum chamber -4-.

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal observing the following:
