Removing and installing rear belt buckle

Special tools and workshop equipment required

• Torque wrench - V.A.G 1331-

Removing

• Remove bench seat ⇒ 2.1 Removing and installing bench seat / individual seats.

Vehicles with continuous rear seat backrest:

• Remove bolt -1- (40 Nm) and remove double belt buckle -2-.

Vehicles with split rear seat backrest:

• Remove bolt -1- (40 Nm) and remove double belt buckle -2-.

Installing

• Install in reverse order of removal.
