## Description

Water pump for vehicles with 1.6 and 2.0 TDI engines. It is responsible for circulating the coolant through the engine block and radiator, maintaining the engine temperature within an optimal range for efficient operation. The mechanism is driven by the timing belt or accessory belt, allowing synchronization of the pump with other engine components. A pump failure can disrupt the coolant circulation, leading to engine overheating and potential mechanical damage.
